Cherries

Cherries are harvested from May to August. Collection begins in the plains in May and ends in August in the mountains at an altitude of more than 1000 meters above sea level. After harvesting, the cherries undergo primary hydrocooler treatment (hidrocooler), after which they are calibrated, and packed in 2.5 kg. and 5 kg.  cardboard, wood and plastic crates. After calibration, the cherries enter the cold rooms and are then loaded into refrigerators and sent to our customers, maintaining the temperature regime during processing, storage and transportation. All processing and storage operations are carried out in modern, certified packaging and cold rooms.
